Brittany Milien is the founder of Esteem International, an organization she leads through her expertise in spiritual and cultural formation. A graduate of Liberty University, she studied integrative approaches that bridge psychology and the Christian faith. Her work is laser-focused on examining the psychological and spiritual experiences that emerge at the intersection of individuals, communities, and cultural ecosystems.

With more than thirteen years of clinical experience, Brittany serves as a private practice therapist, life coach, organizational consultant, and speaker. Across every context, she is unyielding in truth while remaining attentive to the layers that shape people and systems. She believes that how we are formed spiritually and culturally determines how effectively we lead in the world.

Brittany’s service is rooted in a deep commitment to the rising of the global Church. This commitment has led her to privately raise nearly $200,000 in support of nonprofit organizations and church ministries worldwide. She’s passionate about seeing the Church become increasingly grounded as it engages the complexities of culture without compromising its convictions.

Outside of her work, Brittany is an explorer and seeker, finding delight in new experiences, cooking with a little heat, spending time immersed in nature, and laughing with the great love of her life, Juventho.

Say yes to the version of yourself that is declarative of who God made you to be.
